After an adjustment, you might experience some tenderness as your body moves into its correct positions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The steps you take next can have a big impact on how effective your adjustment is. Here are our tips on what NOT to do after your chiropractic adjustment:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Don\u2019t Skimp On the Water&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you receive a chiropractic adjustment, your muscles and bones are moved and stimulated, which in turn releases toxins into your body (this also happens when you get a massage).
